  I've been with AT&T since it was Cingular. In September of 2017 I cancelled 1 phone. They didn't disconnect it until October, but they gave me a credit. So I paid on October $158.27. In November I chanced my plan from the 3gb to unlimited. My bill went up to $280.06. I called the loyalty department and spoke to a young lady named Victoria, she was not understanding what I was explaining to her. So the next the next day I went to the AT&T store on Palm Coast parkway and explained the same situation to her and she took a look at my problem and understood all my concerns. She very politely and professional took care of my situation in a kind matter. She needs to be recognized for her position as a AT&T representative. Left the store very happy and satisfied. Will now love to continue with AT&T. SINCERELY Iris Parra
